We are very pleased to have been appointed on this new apartment building by SBC limited. Work is well underway and Construction information is being delivered for a site start. The building is located in Purley on a steep hill and road corner intersection. Site levels have been challenging to create the lower ground parking and access to both road and path levels...

Here`s a nice housing development in Ditching, where we were appointed to prepare a structural scheme for the properties, garden retaining walls and a very old flint and brick boundary retaining wall on the narrow lane to the rear of the site. All for a local developer....

Just a quick update from site on this project as we are getting closer to completing it and it is looking rather funky. This will be a great addition to the local reserve area, creating a great facility for staff, volunteers and the large numbers of annual visitors that are welcomed on the reserve, including parties of schoolchildren...

Works are underway and going well on this project as the Sunninghill team have commenced construction for a new extension on and existing site for Tesla Engineering.
