Works are underway and going well on this project as the Sunninghill team have commenced construction for a new extension on and existing site for Tesla Engineering.
A section of existing car park has used to construct a new portal framed industrial building unit on a piled RC slab and foundations. This was due to the poor soil conditions and relatively high floor load requirements.
A new vehicular ramp and access door tie the new building floor levels in with adjacent car par levels.
Drainage was relatively simple on this one with the decommissioning of existing unused pipe work and new runs and manholes connecting to the original main sewers.
