For Roffey Homes. £5m. New build Design and build project. Negotiated with repeat client. The project was managed by the client and was the recipient of a local design award. 30 luxury apartments. 6 storey reinforced concrete frame. Basement car park, formed with contiguous piled wall with transfer slab at ground floor level. Gymnasium and leisure pool also in basement.
