About the project:

£131m Overall. D&B project. Another JV between Taylor Wimpey and London & Quadrant Housing Association. 830 units in three phases over five years. Pilling commencing in June 2014. All structures piled through 12 to 20m of made up ground. Mixed development of tower blocks designed with reinforced concrete frames and lower level town houses utilising traditional masonry construction. New roads and drainage schemes form a significant part of this large development. Thanks to Chobham Manor LLP for the image.
