Basepoint Offices, Haywards Heath

We are pleased to have completed these managed office units for Basepoint and Mid Sussex District Council, in a busy industrial park in Haywards Heath.

The building consisted of a two storey load bearing unit with precast concrete floors and roof slabs. The foundations were to be piled with reinforced concrete ground beams due to deep fill material and soft clay soil being discovered on the site. Civil engineering included all hard paved areas with associated foul and attenuated surface water drainage with a local diversion and site entrance road improvements.
