This is now on site and construction work is well underway. It might look like a big hole filled with concrete, however, the piled foundations are in with the sheet piled retaining walls, the RC columns and walls are being set up and the tower crane base is ready to be poured.
The final development will comprise of a mixed use building. A nine storey reinforced concrete frame catering for off street parking, residential, commercial and a new pub. It will form the new entrance into the cricket ground itself.
