SWP have been awarded The Bridge Road project by Basepoint and Mid Sussex District Council to design and construct a start up business unit facility located in a busy industrial estate in Haywards Heath, Sussex. The contract value is £1.5 million.
The building consists of a two storey load bearing unit with precast concrete floors and roof slabs The foundations are to be piled with reinforced concrete ground beams due to deep fill material and soft clay soil being discovered on the site.
