We have completed another successful project for a long standing client W.Stirland together with Architects RH Partnership. This new build site contained an apartment block of ten flats over two storeys on the site of an existing housing association block.

SWP are pleased to announce the successful completion of a school redevelopment for WSCC. This included extensions to a number of classrooms, the library, the staff room and the main assembly hall. New classrooms were also constructed. The external play area was improved with external learning area with canopy and a small play area liked to one new classroom.

Chobham Manor Phase 2 wins the best scheme in planning. The judges commented that they were impressed with the scheme`s focus on family housing. Stephen Wilson Partnership are very pleased to be a part of the design team on this prestigious project.

Sunninghill are a regular contractor client of ours with D&B being one of SWP’s business strengths. These two residential sites were recently completed for Mole Valley Council.

Chobham Manor, our largest project to date, is now becoming a reality on site. The early buildings of the first phase of this five year project are now taking shape next to the Velodrome on the London Olympic Park site ...
