After the successful completion of our design package on nearby Edenbrook Village, Fleet site for Berkeley Homes, we are pleased to have been appointed on the adjacent site to continue the development in the area.
The proposed 450 new homes will be phased over the coming years. We are well underway with Phase 1 design and drawings on a sloping green field site. The site will be re landscaped to soften the gradient for the new affordable and private housing development.
Soil conditions are typical for the area with sandy clays and the influence of trees. Lower lying ground was poor quality and Vibro ground improvement techniques will be used improve the bearing capacity but the higher ground is actually quite good.
An interesting mix of low rise housing and apartment buildings and a community centre all within Phase 1.
