We are nearing successful completion of another residential development for Trinity Homes at this site.
This site comprised of 12 affordable units of mixed detached and semi dethatched properties. Superstructures were timber frame and the foundations were deep strip mass concrete to suit the clay ground conditions and tree influence.
Hard landscaping was a mixture of block paving and tarmac. The foul water drainage run to an existing manhole that was proven satisfactory for reuse. The surface water drainage was collected and stored in porous block paved parking bays and run to an existing manhole that was proven satisfactory for reuse. Section 278 highways works were required to the site entrance and visibility splays.
