About the project:

For Roffey Homes. £12m. New build D&B project. Negotiated with repeat client. Handover in 2014. Project managed by the client. 80 apartments + 40 hotel bedrooms. Eight storey reinforced concrete framed structure including basement, which contained car parking and gymnasium. Top floor penthouses constructed in light steel frame.
