About the project:

£101m overall. D&B project. 720 units for London & Quadrant HA. A JV between Taylor Wimpey and L&Q. Mixture of private and affordable units. The project was constructed in two phases over 6 years. Phase 2 started on site in 2014. Insitu reinforced concrete framed tower blocks connected with low level 4 storey town houses. Sedum roofs to tower blocks. Car parks under podium slabs with residential units and external landscaped areas above.
